2011.12～Ishinomaki Fishing Port
We supported the area of Ishinomaki Fishing Port. We initially supported the reconstruction of the site that had a damage by the disaster. We did some workshops for the future image of the fishing industry. That was so exciting, because the many participants were fishermen who were passionate and powerful and had various opinions. Then we proposed the central complex facility. The city ordered us the basic design of the facility through a consultant. However we were not be involved in the practical design. Because there was a rule that the only architectural office in the city can design it. Unfortunately my office is in Tokyo, out side of the city.
